Review: Two Minus One

I began this book a couple of days ago and quickly finished it up this morning before my children woke up. I was intrigued by the cover because it is just beautiful; I was also really interested in this book because it is a memoir, and I love memoirs!

This book shares the story of Kathryn Taylor, a woman who undergoes a major life change at an unfortunate time. After being married to a man for a significant amount of time, leaving her job, and moving away from family, she finds out that he is leaving her. In this book she explores and explains her process toward recovering from her grief and moving on to become the better self that she is today.

I enjoyed reading this short book because of the personal stories she shares about her experience. I think she also gives great evidence as to why having a support system in place is crucial to surviving major life changes.
